TERRO Liquid Ant Baits
Ants can be a problem anywhere – in the home, at work and everywhere in between. To kill common household ants, place TERRO Liquid Ant Baits in areas where you’ve seen ant activity. This will attract foraging ants so they can take the bait back to the nest. As the bait circulates through the colony, it kills the ants you see and the ones you don’t. Within a few days, you should see a significant decrease in the number of ants visiting the bait. The compact size of the bait stations makes them perfect for placement along baseboards, in corners, on counters, under and behind appliances, and on windowsills. The more bait placements you use, the better!
How Liquid Ant Bait Works
Since this is a bait, initially you will see more ants – but don’t worry, this is a good thing. Why? As ants forage for food, they are quickly attracted to the sweet, sugary liquid inside the bait stations. After finding the bait, worker ants consume it and leave behind a pheromone trail leading back to the colony. This trail lets other worker ants know where the newly discovered food supply is. This is why you will see more ants in the beginning.Meanwhile, the active ingredient, Borax, is slowly interfering with the ant’s digestive system, ultimately eliminating it, but leaving enough time for the ant to go back and share the dose with the rest of the colony. This slow kill is necessary so that foraging ants can make several trips to the bait. The communal nature of an ant colony allows the bait to be spread to hundreds, if not thousands, of individual ants.
How to Use Liquid Ant Baits
TERRO Liquid Ant Baits are very easy to use. Before placing the bait stations, be sure to remove other sources of food, such as crumbs. Do not place bait where you’ve already used insect sprays, as the pests may avoid the bait stations. To use, simply snap off the tab and place the bait station label side up on a flat surface near signs of ants. Place additional bait stations anywhere they may enter your home. Monitor bait stations regularly and replace when bait is depleted. Once ants are controlled, replace the baits every 3 months to keep them from returning.

To kill common household ants, simply place TERRO Liquid Ant Baits stations near indoor areas where ants are spotted. Ants enter the trap, consume the liquid ant bait and return to the nest where they pass on the bait to the rest of the colony. TERRO Liquid Ant Baits are specifically formulated to allow worker ants to consume the product and survive long enough to carry the liquid back to the nest and deliver a dose to the rest of the colony . The liquid ant bait stations prevent the bait from drying out and provide the ants with a continuous supply of liquid, day and night. Monitor the baits regularly for activity, but do not interfere with the ants or baits. Replace with additional baits when the first set is depleted. Depending on the size of the ant infestation, complete control may take up to two weeks.
Recommended Placement : Along baseboards In corners of rooms and cabinets On countertops Under and behind appliances Under sinks or around pipes and water sources On windowsills and around doorways Near garbage cans Along ant trails.

All the ants disappeared….ish
I see a lot of dead ants inside the traps. I could tell where they were coming from by which trap was the fullest. They do seem to continue to fill up tho. Idk if the ants are dying off or just continuing to fill the traps. At least so far. I’ve had 4 traps down in a fairly small kitchen for about a month. Only 2 traps have ants in them at all and the ants must not be making past them to the other traps where I’d previously seen them. It seems to be holding them back tho.

By far the most effective for getting rid of ants
Every year when the weather gets warm our house gets multiple ant infestations. This year we also got Crazy Ants trying to duke it out for territory with the sugar ants. I put down one of these traps and in less than 24 hours both colonies were gone. Only 1-2 ants left and they’re very sluggish. I use these every year and I feel like an infomercial every time lol. They seriously work wonders.

Worked in 12 hours!
If you have ants, don’t even bother using anything else. Get these now. Place them where you’re seeing the most activity, give it a few hours and then let the trail of ants begin. I saw SO MANY! They were coming out of the outlet, straight to this trap and then going back to the outlet. 12 hours later I didn’t see a single ant again. This stuff is the best!

Gets rid of Ants within a couple of days!
The floors in my house were infested with ants. Having kids in my house, they’re messy and food crumbs are always on the floor. I’ve noticed the ants are very active during spring/summer seasons. Anyway take my word, this is a great product. It’s my second time purchasing.. last time, it got rid of them for good. Looks like a new colony of ants came in this year! Using this again.

It works perfectly
We have ant problem at the start of every summer. This time I took things in my hand and put this bait right near the few ants that I saw walking. 3 hours later, there were tons and tons of ants eating the bait. About 2 days later, the ants disappeared and never came back again. Looks like their entire colony that was hidden somewhere in my house is dead.

Placement is Critical
This spring (2024) I started having ants in an upstairs bathroom. Nowhere else in the house, which I thought was weird. They were congregating around and in the sinks, so I (incorrectly) thought they must be coming in from the drain(s). I put these traps around the sink, to no effect. I filled the sinks with water, they still appeared. They must be coming from somewhere else. This is the important part for these traps.I looked in a closet and found their little “highway”. A line of ants coming in and going out. This is where you put the traps. Within an hour I had an ant convention going on, as can be seen in the photo. The next day, they were all gone. I’ve seen one ant today, and he was manually dispatched.Placement is the key. You want the little suckers to take the gooey stuff home with them, not die at the traps. These did the job for me, once I had them in the right location.

Works Fast
Every spring I get ants in the kitchen and back bathroom and I fight them for a while. Bought these and the ants were literally gone within two days. Tried one in my shed where I had found a big ant nest. Same result. They work! One tip I learned – the way they have the tip to break off for ant access can lead to spillage on whatever surface you put them on. I solved that by just using scissors to trim off the top of the tip instead of breaking the whole end off.

Love these things, they work wonders!!
I love them, they work! I use them on my balcony by my recycle bin and inside my sliding door if I notice they’re getting in. For the $ amount I would say 12 packages is worth it. I think I went through 4 getting rid of 1 nest.I place them along the trail where the ants travel and resist the urge to kill them. They swarm it within 24hrs. I check in a day or 2 to see if I need to replace it or not. If there is no more liquid, I replace it (sometimes I just place a new one beside it, opening in the same place so I don’t interrupt their path & cause them to scurry/abandon that area). My ONLY issue was one of the bait packages were broken up on arrival 🙁

From Freak Out to Fantastic
Following instructions, I laid a number of these ant traps around my kitchen, where I had been experiencing both small and very large black ants. (The larger ones were the bigger problem.) The instructions says to leave both the bait traps and the ants alone. Initially, the presence of large black ants grew significantly worse as the traps lured them over. However, after the initial “freak out” (over the increase in ants as well as over the ants piling up inside the traps), patience paid off. Now the ants are gone. With such positive results, how could I not do anything but recommend this product?

Gets rid of ants
These ant traps work like a miracle. Every spring when it is really wet outside we wind up with ants getting into our house. We put several of these around the house and it attracts the ants which return to their nests and wind up killing all of them. For our house, leaving these traps out for about 1 week eradicates all of them. Beats spending a lot of money for a professional pest service. I take a paper plate, turn it upside down so the ants can access the traps easily and then open the traps on top of the paper plates. Saves clean up time.

Haha gross, it really works tho!
I’ve been noticing a great amount of ants walking around my cats’ food, on my bed, or literally anywhere. I could bear that in the beginning, but they started bothering me because I have cats that can be negatively affected by ants. I read so many reviews and decided to get this and it was a great choice! For the first few days of installing 2 or 3 of these, ants were coming back leaving these and seem like they were telling all their crews that there was yummy food at my home. (I found the source where they were coming from, it was my window, which looked completely closed.) And after a few days, I could see less ants were coming. After a week or two, I don’t see ants anymore.. and found this one trap full with dead ants.I recommend installing about two traps near their entrance and that should be enough to destroy their kingdom.. I wish they never come back, but if another crew decided to come into my apartment again, I will just simply put one by the window. Great product!

Worked like a Charm
I had a bedroom infestation of sugar and carpenter ants (yes, the winged variety of the latter), and had tried some DIY bait (borax w/ honey or sugar) for about a month with limited results. So eventually decided to search Amazon for ant bait products and was a bit discouraged to find that most had the “does not work on carpenter ants” disclaimer. The Terro T300B baits never spelled that out on their packaging so I said WTH and bought a box with honestly low expectations. The result? Laid three traps the first day and within a few days did not see a single ant (either sugar or carpenter), and it has now been roughly a week or more and still … no ants. So fingers crossed. So far so good.Btw, like others I didn’t have much luck with the snap off instructions to activate the traps, so I just used a pair of scissors. Just make sure you cut low enough of the throat of the traps that their is a space for the ants to access the bait. Too high and, I believe, the plastic remains closed.

Ants be gone!
I had been noticing some little tiny ants for a few weeks not thinking much about it. Then it continued for a few more weeks. I got slightly concerned we had a problem. Purchased these and immediately put four out in the dining room. Within a few hours we had a full scale trail of ants coming to and from a certain area, trap to wall, wall to trap. Never had I seen so many ants, and super surprised when I’d only been seeing one or two. Super tempting to squish them all, but let the traps do their thing and let the ants take the bait back home to their friends. ONE day later, not an ant to be found! I’ll leave the traps out for 3 weeks as recommended…but I am super happy! *I had concerns about my cat or dogs wanting to play with the traps, but they’ve left them alone completely.Buy these!!

It works.
I had sugar ants. No idea why as I keep a clean place. Kitchen (well, you never know), bathroom sink?? and office desk. No idea why the bathroom or office as no food is there ever.Anyway, short story short (ha, it’s just not that long) I put 2 in the kitchen. ants gone, haven’t seen one in over a week. 1 on bathroom counter, not an ant sighting for the same week, and same with the desk. Interestingly, no ants in the pantry where food would be and I would expect to see them. And I put one in there just in case.So there you go. it works. I expected to still see some, but they are gone. Again, these were sugar ants, the little tiny black ones. Other ants? no idea.

IT WORKS
If you are on the fence just try this product ! Had ants out of control in my bathroom and kitchen despite keeping a super tidy home. Woke up to ants taking over my shower my counters etc put these down and the “ant hotel” is open for business had tiny black ants invading evey aspect of my life and every year I put these down and the ants LOVE THEM this year I put down the terro stations and the raid brand. There is zero interest in the raid stations and a rave at the terro bc of these I can see the stream of ants at the entry point and know what to seal up once the job is done poisoning the colony at the source ! It’s initially shocking to see a stream of ants coming to feast but in a day or two I know they will be eliminated !

MUST. BUY!
Absolutely helped us when we had an issue with small ants coming into our house. DO NOT kill the ants when using this, you MUST let them return to the colony so the entire colony gets wiped out. It might freak you out to let them run around, and there will be a lot flocking at first, but you HAVE to let them return and they definitely will disappear. Be careful with the product as it is very sticky if it gets out of the package (was hard to avoid but didn’t ruin my floor). Use maybe 1 or 2 at first because I used 4 and overestimated how many I’d need to set out. Have only seen literally 1 or 2 ants since and its been months. Great purchase and will be getting again!

This. Stuff. Works.
If you have red ants, inside, outside, wherever, this stuff will kill them ALL, for good. My last house was infested with them. Every square foot of my front yard had 10 anthills, and they would get in my house, into food, into our kids’ beds, etc. We tried all sorts of different ant traps, sprays, and repellents that didn’t work… and then we tried this stuff. Within 3 months, we had no red ants, anywhere. You can watch them and they will literally focus every ant they have on bringing the stuff back to the nest, to the point you will see 2 solid lines of ants, one going TO the trap, and one coming from it. Never seen anything quite like it. They will collect it for days, and then suddenly you won’t see them anymore. (Niban if you have black ants, btw)

Great way to deal with ants
This is a great ant trap to deal with ants coming in for the summer! Just a heads-up though, if the ants are too big they may not be able to fit. The hole is a little wider than the eraser on a pencil. That being said, I left it out for an ant infestation and after a couple days I all the ants had been dealt with. Though since it’s bug season, they did start coming back after a week. Luckily it comes with a good amount of the traps. I recommend cutting the top off with scissors and washing them since tearing it off can leave the hole a bit warped. Definitely recommend.

FOR DEMOCRACY
As a seasoned Helldiver battling alien bugs on distant planets in the name of democracy and liberty, I thought I had seen it all. But then came the invasion of the kitchen ants! These tiny pests swarmed in like they owned the place, disrupting my meal prep and threatening my way of life.Enter Terro ant baits – the only weapon in my arsenal I hadn’t tried. With the precision of an orbital strike, I strategically placed these baits around my kitchen, ready to witness their bug-slaying prowess. “FOR DEMOCRACY!” I exclaimed.Within hours, the ants were drawn to them, obviously hoping what lay within would help them in their battle against liberty and freedom. Before I knew it, their numbers dwindled faster than a Bug Hive under a barrage of Railcannon Strikes. After serving up this nice cup of liber-tea, my kitchen is ant-free, and I can enjoy my meals in peace, knowing that the only bugs I’ll encounter are the ones I squash in the name of Super Earth in the far reaches of the galaxy. Thank you, Terro, for bringing democracy back into my home, turning my kitchen battlefield into a bug-free zone worthy of a Helldiver’s victory hug! 🐜💥🫡✊🏻

The only bait that works for NYC ants
I’ve tried a ton of different brands of ant bait traps to kill off the ants that have taken over my apartment, and none of them worked. The ants either weren’t interested in the bait, or would just eat it until it was gone but not die. With these bait stations, the ants were swarming it within a few hours. After a day and a half of waiting, there’s maybe two or three ants in the station at any given time.Did I genocide a whole lineage of ants? Maybe. Can I set food down on my counter or table now without worrying it’ll be assaulted by ants? Yes.

Works great.
Had a large trail coming in under a door. Put one of the traps there and within a few hours the ants were going into it. The picture shows all the dead bodies around it three days later. There were many other bodies in the area not shown in the pic. Hopefully enough of them lived long enough to get back to the colony and feed the others. The only issue I have with these traps is getting them open. The directions say to twist off the end. I have strong hands and cannot do it. I used sturdy scissors to cut the end open. I’ve placed four traps so far in various areas and had to use the scissors each time.

It worked, what else can you say?
We don’t have major infestations here in northern California but after the rains and then into the spring, we’ll get ants from time to time. They will find a way into the house and then it’s a trail of them, usually toward the pet food bowls. I used these last season and they worked great. Now this year, they’re back and I put the 4 remaining in the pack out. In 2 days, no ants. All gone. Not one. With pets, I actually get a little hot glue and glue them down. Without putting too much hot glue, I can peel them off to throw them out later without damaging the floor. Seriously, I’ve sprayed outside and around the house but these simply work.

Follow the instructions and it WILL work
I had what was quickly becoming a serious ant problem. No matter how many I killed or how well I cleaned away their scent trail, more kept coming and I was never able to find their nest or queen. I bought this bait and followed the instructions, and it completely dealt with the problem within a few days. At first, even more ants showed up, which was alarming, but I resisted the urge to smash them, and let them go back to wherever they came from with the food they picked up from the bait. This is critical because they take the poison back to their nest and share it with their comrades, ultimately killing the entire nest. Now I set out a few just to keep any new ones from returning. Incredible product.

Ants love this stuff
When no other baits would work, I tried this product! The ants swarmed these traps and still do. I did notice that sometimes we have to move the traps for the ants to come back to them even though on the box it says not to move the traps. However, when I noticed zero activity on the existing traps and would move them even just an inch, the ants would start swarming them again! Sadly, we ended up having to call an exterminator to help us with our ant problem because it ended up being bigger than we thought it was and the exterminator even said these are the best traps on the market!

The BEST way to get rid of ants.
This is the easiest trick if you ever spot an ant in your house. You just open the container, put it in a corner or where you spotted the ant and soon it’ll be covered with ants while they take the poison back to their nest. Within a day the problem was completely gone and it doesn’t smell or leave a mess, you just simply toss the container or if there’s liquid you can place elsewhere that might have a problem.

BUY THIS
It’s amazing how well this works. I’d advise not to kill any of the ants before you use this. The point is for them to bring the poison back to the rest of the colony. My only gripe is how hard it is to open. You’ll need sharp scissors and a steady hand because the liquid is very thin. But I won’t take off any stars for those little issues. It’s the only thing I use that works!

Works great for eliminating ants
Best product for getting rid of ants. I like that terro comes in bait stations these days. When I originally started using it, it only came in a small bottle that you used to put drops of the bait where you saw ant trails. The new method of twisting the end off to open doesn’t work well, I ended up using scissors. My only complaint about The bait stations is that they do spill easily.

Easy to use and ants are easily attracted to it
I like how easy it is to use and I could see it’s immediate effect. However, I cannot claim it to be 100% effective because even after using 4 of it, there are still ants coming and going in the room. I am not sure I am not using it effectively but the directions in the package says to not disturb it for some time and so I have left it as that. Anywho, at least the number of ants has significantly decreased. So, I am pleased with the purchase.

arrived quickly and exactly as shown and works great
i had two VERY active ant trails by the garage. One was with small ants, maybe 3/16″ long. using 2 bait traps, they were gone in two days. The second trail were MUCH larger ants, maybe 1/2″ long. using 4 bait traps along their long path, they too were gone in two days. I will definitely buy these again if needed. Really Works
I had an invasion of tiny ants in my kitchen even though I had put a ant blocker around the outside of my house. These ant traps were amazing. Within 24 hours of placing them around the kitchen, I saw swarms of ants attracted to them. Some went inside and died and others took the liquid back to the nest. Within a few days the ants were gone. They have no odor. Some suggestions I gleaned from other users:1. Put on gloves before handling the trap. (The liquid inside is very sticky)2. Cut the top off ,instead of trying to twist it off.3. Place each trap on a piece of wax paper to protect the floor or countertop.4. If a trap seems very full, replace it.

Lifesaver when ants comes!!
We have been using this product for almost 2 years. So, this review is not from one time use. When the summer weather comes, all the ants comes inside the house. We had a really hard time with ants going all over the house even into the kitchen. But, once we found this product, the ants come in a unified line and they just disappear after max 5 days.Just don’t mess with line and just put this where the ants are coming from.Ofcourse keep away from dogs and small kids,Now, we are so relaxed because we are able to control the ants. No need to pay for expensive ant control companies, this works like magic!

This works!
Tried everything to get rid of my ant infestation – bug spraying the entire trail of ants down to the colony, bleach & vinegar, other ant traps. Was so frustrated until I bought this! Within 1-2 days of laying only 3 of the traps, ALL the ants were gone! It’s been about 3 weeks since then and I haven’t seen a single ant since. Amazing product!! The adhesive side really sticks to the ground very well also so no need to worry about it moving in the wind etc as I put mine on my balcony which can be windy. And the pack comes with a lot more than I used which is nice as well. Very pleased with this product.

BEST ant trap I ever used
Every March/April I see a few scout ants in the kitchen. I know to clean everything well, sweep and vacuum the floors, etc. But it freaks me out to see ants on the counters etc. Each year I try something new….THESE Terro Bait traps are amazing. I laid 4 of them out. One by window, one on counter, two on floor. Came home that night to see ants FEASTING, hundreds of them by each trap….the next morning….GONE! No ants in the traps – as they took the treat back to their home and DIED!!! I haven’t seen any in 3 weeks and the traps are still out, half filled from their earlier banquet. I will definitely purchase again. Instead of several weeks long battle they were gone in a day!!! I will put these out each year, thank you TERRO!!!

Works well, but easy to spill
Product clearly works well to attract ants and kill them. Only down side is the opening to the trap you break off and it’s rather large. If the traps are knocked upside down thenthe liquid bait will spill out which is a thick sticky liquid that is with to clean up. Unfortunately, I have cats that think plastic of this size/weight is a good toy to bat around so while they aren’t trying to chew or ingest the bait, they keep spilling the liquid contents of any traps they find and deem toys. Have to get creative with where to place these.

Works great!
I had an ant problem in the kitchen and purchased another leading product’s ant baits which did not work at all. The ants had no interest in them. I was about to call an exterminator when I read a review of the Terro liquid ant baits so I ordered them on Amazon. I put them out the evening I received them and within an hour I saw dozens of ants swarming in and around the baits. By the next morning there were only a few stragglers and by the next day there were none, I was amazed at how quickly and thoroughly the traps worked and highly recommend them.

Works every year.
Every spring I get ants, twice. The first wave attacks the kitchen sink and I’ve never been able to figure out where they’re coming from. The second wave comes marching through the front door in search of my cats food. Setting a few of these out clears the problem in about 48 / 72 hours. Yes, you’ll see more ants the next day. The baits are attracting them. But then they’ll be gone and you’ll be left to clean up the stray dead bodies. And while the active ingredient is mostly safe’ish for humans and pets.. the size of said human and pet matter. These are not considered nor are they labeled pet and human safe. My cat gets locked away in a XXL kennel for the duration of ant murder time.

Very Effective and practical
I was afraid that it would not work with the type of ants that are in my house, they are common ants, but very very small, so I thought they would not be attracted by the product. After placing the product I did not see that during the first 16 hours none came close, but contrary to the instructions, I poured a little of the gel near where I placed the bait and after 2 days I stopped seeing ants completely. For the price you get way too many baits in the box, but maybe it just depends on the home size because I only used 2 in the kitchen.

It Works
In the spring and summer, ants always find their way into my house. No matter where I put these down, the ants will find it. They drink it, then take some back, sharing it with the other ants through trophallaxis. The ants have a social stomach in which they store food and then regurgitate it into the mouths of other ants. So not only does it kill the ant that drinks it, but also all the other ones this fool of an ant shares with. Eventually, one of the ants will share it with their precious queen, ensuring no future generations of these pests will live to annoy me. Within a day, the ants are gone. I highly recommend it.

It’s like heroin for ants
I had a giant, black, carpenter ant highway starting from one end of my deck to the other. The big winged males were swarming as well. Our pest control guy is absolutely useless and can only manage to kill the carpenter bees and not ants. I bought Terro and within 2 minutes of setting a bait station right in the middle of the ant highway, they were lined up like gazelles at a watering hole. Then they’d go back to the nest. I used 4 stations out of the 12 pack and they are effing gone. Terro is THE MOST effective product for ants I have ever seen. Highly recommended.

No more ants
I recently bought a house with a large backyard and this winter we noticed more and more ants in the house. They were not small ants but big ants and some even had wings! I read that ants in the winter means you might have a colony somewhere in your house. We have the insect killing spray but I did not have the time or patience to sit there and kill every ant that walked by. These ant baits were perfect. The tabs did not “pop off” like they were designed to do so I just used scissors to carefully take the tab off. I carefully placed them around all the areas in the house where the ants were prevalent. I have a baby and chihuahua mix so I placed them in hard to reach places like behind furniture and on tables and countertops. I noticed at first there seemed to be more ant sightings and that is because once the ants discover a food source, they will alert and invite all their friends. After a month or so there were no more ants so this ant bait definitely works. Please be careful around your fur babies. I found my pup licking the ant bait once when we carelessly put it within his reach while we had to move some furniture. Luckily, we caught him before he ingested a lethal amount but now we know better.

Actually WORKS!
I don’t write many reviews but wanted to share for the people looking to get the ants OUT! I looked up many reviews, YT videos, and they all shared the same, the ants eat/drink the product and are gone in 24 hours or less. I did pour a SMALL drop in the areas I saw the ants and finally saw there they were coming from. They were eating/drinking this product, going back to the Queen and stayed away. I was truly shocked because our normal exterminator couldn’t get the ants away. For this price, highly recommended!

Works. That is all.
I just moved into a new apartment and was so happy about it. I loved everything about it. But then I came home from work one day to find many, many ants congregating around a single blob of buffalo chicken dip in the kitchen sink’s drain. No other dirty dishes or spills- just this single blob. I immediately ordered this bait based on reviews and within 24 hours, ant activity has ground to a halt. I feel bad for the ants- they are fascinating little creatures, after all. But I do not want them in my apartment. This product seems to have taken care of the problem and I highly, highly recommend it.

Works fast.
Teeny tiny long back bugs the size of a coffee ground. I googled and googled and couldn’t find out what they were. They seemed to be attracted to sugar but aren’t all ants? Anyway I googled ants that like sugar and guess what? SUGAR ANTS. LOL.Within 12 hours of putting the ant bait out they were gone! I couldn’t find their nest since they were scurrying around but when the bait went down they went on the march to a super small crack in the grout. Who would have thunk it! But then this is Texas. lol.

It works!
I was going to share a picture I took when I noticed the bait was full of ants. They weren’t moving so I thought they were dead so I set out a 2nd one right next to it. To my amazement the next day the first one was empty! And I haven’t seen a single ant since. I love this stuff and I’ll have it on hand every spring.

Absolutely wrecked the ants in my apartment
We set these out after seeing a few ants crawling around our baseboards. After setting these out, we saw more ants than we could’ve possible imagined just swarming the trap. Within 48 hours, we had containers of drowned ants and the rest had taken the poison back to wipe out the nest. Worked beautifully using just 2 traps and we haven’t had a problem in the months since.

BEST ANT TRAPS EVER!!!
I had an issue with tiny ants around my kitchen sink. I tried Combat bait traps, but after a full week I kept seeing more ants. They just walked around the traps. Then I bought these Terro liquid baits. Within minutes, the ants were swarming them, then heading back to their “nest”. It was a constant train of ants marching back & forth. Within 2 days, I no longer saw a single ant. Hopefully I won’t have any more ant issues, but if I do, these are the ONLY bait traps I will buy!!!👍👍👍

It works
I have used TERRO for several years now. Someone recommended it to me while I was shopping at a local store. Now any time I start to see ants crawling around on my kitchen floor or countertop I put one of the TERRO plastic containers in the corner and within a day or two NO MORE ANTS. This is a large container of TERRO for a great price.

Eliminate Ants with TERRO T300B Liquid Ant Killer
The TERRO T300B Liquid Ant Killer, which includes 12 bait stations, is effective for dealing with ants inside the house. The bait attracts ants, which then carry the poison back to their colony, ensuring that the problem is addressed at the source. However, a notable drawback is that the bait stations can sometimes leak, even when opened as directed along the specified line. This issue might require some caution during setup to avoid messes. Despite this, the product is highly effective at eliminating ants, making it a valuable tool if you’re facing an ant infestation.

Buy these now!
I’ve tried my best to use DIY remedies for 2 years and finally threw in the towel. We get little sugar ants in our kitchen at least twice a year and this year just could not get rid of them. I finally bought the Terro Bait Stations and honestly, the ants were completely gone in 24 hours. I’m mad at myself for not buying it sooner! I have a dog and like the fact that the bait stations are completely covered and safe for him.

My ant problem was gone by using this product within a few hours.
I very rarely write reviews which is kind of stupid because I usually read reviews prior to getting certain products. Therefore I guess I will start now, hoping I can help someone decide wether or not this product is for them. Before you read this long review I want to let you know this is the BEST product I have ever used. Before I tell you about how AMAZING this product was I will tell you what kind of Ant 🐜 problem I had. Maybe someone can relate.I have a parrot and he is in a room that is near a window. With all the different types of food he eats and with the warmer weather that we started having in my area (NJ) I started seeing ants outside. That’s when I started seeing some ants coming in from the bottom left corner of the frame of our window. I have never had an ant issue with the 17 years I live hear. Even having my parrot and all the amounts of food he eats. For some reason last year during the spring time is when I saw these crazy little annoying bugs come in my house. These ants seemed to be a different type of ant. One I have never seen before. They were small but the minute you go near them they would run away or scatter away super fast. I have an exterminator on my block and he told us they were sugar ants. What the hell is a sugar ant? Lol. Well I was told that these ants hide out in your shower and in the kitchen because of the sugary foods around. Why are they found in a bathroom is beyond me. But I looked it up after what he said and everything he told us was what I read on line about “sugar ants”. I mentioned that last year I had this problem and they were found behind the faucet in our shower. That’s another story. Anyway, before having an exterminator come into my house, I figured I would try to resolve the problem myself. So before buying this “AMAZING PRODUCT”, I purchased all the “Raid” products that come in the square plastic containers. The ones that come in white or grey containers. I put the Raid traps by the window and where else I thought they might come in. I actually tried the mixture of vinegar, sugar and water concoction that was told on line to use for these ants. But nothing worked. I doubt an ant even went to these traps because near my window they would go around those traps. I was getting frustrated because I skeeve bugs. And I was afraid of an exterminator coming in with my parrot living here. I wasn’t taken that chance of him dying with the chemicals. Anyway after coming to a dead end with the Raid traps I began reading and reading on so many products just to find a worthy product. That’s when I came across this product. It was very different than the normal products that are used to kill ants. So I figured why not, let me give it a try. I received my order really fast and was anxious to use them. After reading all the directions these baits were very easy to use. It comes in a thick clear rectangular container. To open it, it Reccomended to hold it up right and twist off the plastic top until it snaps off. It was a little tough for me to snap off the top like it says on the package. Therefore I used a pair of scissors to open the trap. Word of advise, if you need a pair of scissors to open your product, just make sure to keep the trap upright so the liquid doesn’t pour out. After opening the trap, I then placed this trap about 3-4 inches away from the bottom corner of the window. Right where I saw the ants coming in. They scurried away from me at first, but the minute I put this trap down it was shocking!! No joke. I was shocked to see all these ants go running toward the opening of this trap. The trap actually attracted more ants to come out of hiding to eat this food (crazy). I actually spilt a little bit on my windowsill and some ran to that and got stuck. But what was amazing to me was after I put the trap down and watching these ants go to it, it was shocking to see them run right back out of the corner of the windowsill. It was crazy. I just watched for a few minutes and to see them either get trapped inside the trap or grab some of the food in the trap and run back outside or wherever they came from. And by the end of the day they were gone. It’s about 2 weeks now since I only used one trap and I have yet to see another NASTY ANT!! Wahooo!!!! They are gone. This product is BY FAR THE BEST ANT PRODUCT I HAVE EVER USED IN MY LIFE!! This is noooo joke. Therefore you can count on me to continue to purchase and use this product for any ant problem that might arise again. I will never buy a different type of ant trap again. No matter how popular people feel the “Raid” products might be. The sprays are only wonderful for the outdoors but for the inside the “Raid” products are definitely not as effective as this product is. I actually gave my neighbor 2 traps and after a day or two they were gone by him as well. These traps are crazy how wonderful they work. I swear by this product and I know if you purchase these traps you will too. I will never buy another kind of ant traps again. These are the BEST kind of ant traps on the market by far!!! And mind you, I AM NOT making any kind of commission from this company for this product review. I am just sooo happy my ant issue is gone for now. Sooo, if you want to get rid of these annoying, nasty bugs “FAST,” then purchase these traps. And I promise you, you will be so happy you did.

Best ant killer!
This is the best ant killer I have ever used. There was a small army entering my kitchen through my windowsill. I stuck a couple of these on the counter and within two days the ants were gone. They are so easy to use, cut the top off and place the container near the ants and they will crawl in and some will die and others will take the poison back to their colony and kill the rest. I got a pack of 12 and only needed 2 so far bc they are so effective. Be careful not to spill the liquid because it is super sticky but it does come off with warm water. There are ants on my deck so I will be purchasing the outdoor sticks next.

Easy and effective
Every year we have an ant problem, and have tried many different things. With kids and dogs r can’t use anything they can get into or anything toxic, so it’s been hard to get rid of them. This worked great. They were easy to hide in places I had seen ants but that the dogs couldn’t reach. The first day, the ants swarmed the trap and it was really gross but none of the other traps I’ve used every worked like that. After a few days, no sign of ants. It also helped me set where they were coming from (my vent) . Which is why I couldn’t find the issue area at first. The only negative is they are hard to open at first, without spilling. Overall so happy I tried this product it had worked so far, and it’s been a few weeks.

It really attracts the ants and works immediatly
This product looked like a joke when I first saw it set the trap and the next morning. When I checked the trap the next morning, it was full of ants. I quickly ordered another set to put in other areas of my home.

works fast and efficiently
I saw a few tiny brown ants in my kitchen every day for a week or so. I purchased this and placed 4 of the bait stations on my kitchen counters and windowsill the same afternoon it was delivered. That evening there were dozens of ants crawling on the counters and windowsill to and from the bait stations. I followed the directions and resisted the urge to kill them. The next morning I feared there would be hundreds of ants crawling in my kitchen but there were none except a few dead ones in one of the bait stations. I was astonished that they were all gone but just to be sure I left the bait in place for another week but never saw another ant. This product is excellent and I highly recommend it. In retrospect I probably could have just used one or two stations instead of 4. Whatever this bait is made of, the ants are highly attracted to it and within a few hours there were swarms of ants feeding on it and bringing it back to their nest where ever that was. I have dogs so I didn’t place any stations on the floor.

Works on Florida Carpenter Ants (Red head, black body)
I live in Texas. I had a Florida Carpenter Ant (red head, black body) infestation for about a month, and this was one of the first baits I ordered. This stuff works very nicely. My only complaint is that the “tearable tabs” are terrible. You will probably need to use scissors to get them open. Ants WILL take this bait if they have no other methods of obtaining moisture. I am not certain if this bait was 100% killing the ants, but it was at least making them extremely sluggish (Carpenter ants are TOUGH). I had to start using the other 2 DIY baits listed below before ant activity completely ceased. Most effective baits I used to get rid of my infestation:TERRO T300B Liquid Ant Killer, 12 Bait Stations (make sure you have scissors to open these, the tabs suck)DIY – Mix Powdered Sugar with Baking Soda, put it in a baggie or a lidDIY – Mix Borax (1.5 tablespoons), Warm Water (1.5 cups), and either sugar (0.5 cup) or some peanut butter. Mix well, and then soak a cotton ball into the mixture.^for this one, I used peanut butter, since I had already set up the baking soda/sugar trap. For all of these traps, you are going to want to place them somewhere near the entrance of where the ants are coming from, out of reach from pets and children. After a few hours, you should start seeing more of them show up. This is because they are hastily working to bring the “food” that they found an abundance of back to their nest. Don’t mess with the traps or squish the ants once they start doing this, they are delivering poison to the nest. You can continue killing the ones that are not collecting the bait (e.g. ones that are just wandering around your house–they are either lost or scouting, no reason to keep them alive). Just make sure you throw the dead ants away, so that they don’t attract more ants over with their pheromones. If there are locations the ants are falling from, I’d recommend mixing water with dish soap in a (preferably) rectangular bowl with skinny edges, and then placing that under the drop point. This mixture will paralyze the ants and drown them as soon as they touch it. You NEED to use soap–carpenter ants are very good swimmers if the water is not tainted (Dish soap is toxic if ingested, so do not let pets or children near this mixture either).Ants change their mind on what they want to eat every so often, so I’d recommend using all 3 of the baits I listed if you want to get rid of them as fast as possible. If they are not taking any of the 3 baits, there are 2 possibilities: 1) It might be a bad time of the day for them–ants are generally most active at night, and early in the morning; or 2) They are in their mating cycle and have no interest in eating anything. The only advice I can give you for this is, just leave the traps where you had them and wait for them to finish the cycle. If you see winged ants, SQUISH THEM. They are breeders, and they do not collect food. One last piece of advice: Carpenter ants make satellite nests. Their main nest is most likely not in your house–there is a good chance that it is in rotting wood (trees/logs), or in the dirt somewhere near your home’s perimeter. Because of this, I’d also recommend looking for an insecticide spray that you can apply to the perimeter. I used “Spectracide Terminate Termite & Carpenter Ant Killer”, and while it does work, I would suggest looking for a different one. Its spray pump is VERY annoying to use, and it is electronic, so there is no getting around its tediousness. Just make sure you read up on the insecticide’s proper usage before applying it (most of the companies will have a website for this).I hope you found my advice helpful. It took me over a month to get rid of my infestation, since I initially had no clue what I was doing, and was just blindly ordering baits. I felt hopeless, and eventually I called 3 different exterminators… they all tried to get me to do a 1-year “maintenance” contract with no alternatives (over $700!). I spent about $95 trying to get rid of these things by myself. Over half of that money went towards useless bait that they did not care for. If you follow my advice, you will probably be spending under $50.Good luck!

Starts working fast
About 2 hours after placing bait down, i saw alot of ants eating it. The 3rd hour, the rest of the trails they had were gone, and the ant were at the bait stations. And staying there have to see how long it takes for them to be gone. They are very easy to use just cut top off, i put a few drops around to speed up them finding it, but they will crawl in the trap itself. Yeah you want to crush them, but just let them eat it and bring it home. Theres no real smell to it when it out. All the tubes made it sealed to my delivery. There just over a dollar a tube so a good value. Will update in a few days on how it worked. About 36 hours and see it cutting down the number of ants and keeping them by the bait. There hooked on it.UPDATE:4 Days later seems about 90% or better less ants. The trails the ants had were gone in the 1st 24 hours. Keeping them on the bait. At first it looks like it doesn’t work the ants just sit around and eat, but just wait and it will make them go away.

Less than 24 hours and the ants were gone
This stuff worked like a near miracle for us. We have had days on end of rain and the ants began coming into the kitchen about 2 weeks ago. First one. Then four to six. Then over twenty crawling over our window sill and in the sink. I prefer to use “all natural” items but nothing we tried was working. Vinegar was the only thing that slowed them down for a couple of days then they returned in twice the numbers. I researched a lot of products and brands before choosing this one and I have no regrets. It makes a small footprint in our home and it’s administered in such a way that our cats can’t get into it. After reading the reviews, I decided to use scissors to cut the tab off rather than try to twist it off. We set one trap on the window sill near where we saw the ants and one other trap on the countertop near the window. We put the traps out on Monday evening and by Tuesday evening not an ant was to be seen. We are going to leave the traps out for the 3 months they are supposed to last but will move them to less conspicuous places in the kitchen. We are very pleased with the fast response from these traps and will purchase them again if needed.

It’ll get worse before it gets better but these things work!
We used these to get rid of the small black kitchen ants that we found crawling all over our countertops and they work!Caveat, as previous reviewers said, we did receive one damaged in the box and the bait inside these is messy and sticky so take care when opening and moving around. Also, as mentioned, cut the tab off with scissors as the twist method is difficult and when done is even more messy. As far as the process and working, we set them out on the kitchen counters where we saw ants as directed. After a while the visible ants began to line up and go back and forth from the bait to their entry point (under the counter). A couple hours later there were LOTS of ants now in the line moving from bait to entry to bait to entry, presumably taking the bait back to the nest.We left them out overnight and I was envisioning waking up the next morning with my kitchen engulfed in ants, but when we came down in the morning the ants were gone! We cleaned up the area (sticky bait and dead ants) and left the clean traps on the counter (we tossed the ones full of ants). For the next few days there were a few straggler ants to be seen, but the nothing on par with before we started or during the first day.I was skeptical, but these traps did exactly what they said they would do. Bear in mind, as I and others said, they may arrive damaged and the liquid inside the traps is sticky as all get out, but it’s worth it for the elimination these traps performed, seen and unseen.
